I booked through MK2 and the film itself was fine, but the room was not clean at all. There was popcorn on the seats, the floor was sticky, and the bins were overflowing. I felt a bit embarrassed having brought someone with me, especially after paying full price for the tickets. Not really the experience I was expecting.

I watched a movie at MK2 the screening quality was GREAT. The picture was super clear, the sound was solid, and everything just worked the way it should. No complaints at all, just a really good cinema experience

I don’t really get the complaints, because overall it’s been easy for me to use. Booking is straightforward and I can usually get things done without any hassle. Yeah, it can be a bit slow sometimes, but it’s not like it ruins the whole experience.

I had to cancel my booking and wasn’t sure how the refund would go, but I was pleasantly surprised. Customer service got back to me quickly, sorted everything without any hassle, and the money was back in my account a few days later. Really smooth experience.

I went to mk2 last night, and the seats were way worse than I expected. Compared to other cinemas I’ve been to, they felt really hard and narrow, with barely any support. About half an hour in, my back was already bothering me and I kept shifting around trying to get comfortable.
The movie itself was actually fine, but I just couldn’t settle into it. For the price of the ticket, I feel like basic comfort should be a given, especially when other places manage it much better. I probably won’t go back unless they upgrade the seats...

I swear, every time I finally have a free night to watch something, the selection is just the same boring movies again. The timing couldn’t be worse lately, and it feels like nothing new or interesting ever shows up when I actually want to watch

The snacks were kinda disappointing. The popcorn tasted stale, and the coffee had that burnt flavor like it had been sitting around too long.

The loyalty points are actually useful, so I’ll give them that. But the discounts? they feel super limited and a bit stingy. Not terrible, just kinda weak.
